Our Connections to the World . . .

We believe that providing opportunities where students are able to explore the inter-relationship among their school community, local, state, national and international communities is integral to uncovering their cosmic purpose. In the past this has taken us as far as New York City, the Smoky Mountains, and Canada and as near as the local nursing home and county food bank. These ventures all combine the need for the adolescent to observe the world from a societal standpoint and to engage in exploration while pursuing purposeful and meaningful work.
