We believe the Microeconomy program is a student owned community business that empowers our community to make collective economic decisions while learning budgeting, management,sales and labor in conjunction with our farm.  Opportunities to expand on soft skills such as communication, professionalism, positive attitude, teamwork, problem solving, critical thinking, enthusiasm, creativity, open mindedness, empathy, dependability, integrity, and adaptability abound through this work.
